This page explains how to request deletion of your StreamDock account (developer: StreamDock) and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the StreamDock apps on mobile (iOS and Android), desktop and TV, which all share one account.
The fastest way is directly in the app:
Your account is then permanently deleted, together with the personal data associated with it. This action cannot be undone.
If you can no longer sign in, email us at [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except limited information we are legally required to retain (for example to comply with legal or accounting obligations), which is kept only for the period required by law and then deleted. Any analytics used to improve the app is aggregated and anonymised and cannot be linked back to you.
