Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your StreamDock account (developer: StreamDock) and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the StreamDock apps on mobile (iOS and Android), desktop and TV, which all share one account.

Delete your account from the app

The fastest way is directly in the app:

1. Open StreamDock and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings (the gear icon).
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is then permanently deleted, together with the personal data associated with it. This action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, email us at [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the personal data tied to it, including:

• your account details (email address and securely hashed password, language preference);
• your profile (username, bio, avatar/profile image, custom posters and links);
• your activity: ratings, reviews, watchlists, favorites, "watched" history, follows and groups;
• your subscription tracker entries (SubsTrack);
• your search history and your derived taste profile;
• your device push-notification tokens.

What may be retained

We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except limited information we are legally required to retain (for example to comply with legal or accounting obligations), which is kept only for the period required by law and then deleted. Any analytics used to improve the app is aggregated and anonymised and cannot be linked back to you.
