Third-party trademarks

StreamDock is an independent application that helps users launch their own subscribed streaming services. All third-party service names, logos, and trademarks shown inside the StreamDock applications (desktop, mobile, TV) are the property of their respective owners.

Service names referenced inside StreamDock include, but are not limited to: Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, HBO, Max, Hulu, Paramount+, YouTube, Crunchyroll, MUBI, Peacock, Spotify, Twitch, Plex, DAZN, NOW, RaiPlay, and Arte.tv. All marks are used under nominative fair use (U.S. Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125) and referential use (EU Trademark Directive 2015/2436, Art. 14, par. 1, lett. c) — to identify the service that the user has independently subscribed to.

StreamDock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any of these services. StreamDock does not host, transmit, or redistribute any content from these services; it only deep-links into the official applications installed on the user's device.

How brand assets are used

• Service wordmarks are rendered from the simple-icons project (MIT licensed) in each brand's official colour, on a neutral background. No modification of the logo artwork or the brand colour.
• For services whose wordmark is not distributed by simple-icons (Disney+, Apple TV+, NOW, Peacock), only the service name is rendered as plain text in StreamDock's own typeface — no recreation of the trademarked wordmark.
• StreamDock's marketing materials, app store assets, and website use only StreamDock's own branding. Third-party logos appear only inside the application, in functional context.

If you are a representative of a service whose mark appears in StreamDock and you would like us to adjust or remove the usage, please reach out to [email protected]. We respond to all such requests promptly (target: within 48 business hours) and will comply with reasonable adjustments.

StreamDock's own marks

"StreamDock" and the StreamDock logo are trademarks of the StreamDock developer. Use of the StreamDock name or logo in any public material that suggests affiliation requires written permission.
