By downloading, installing, or using StreamDock ("StreamDock", "the App", "the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all StreamDock clients — the desktop app (Windows and macOS), the TV app (Fire TV and Android TV), and the mobile app (iOS and Android).
StreamDock is an independent application that brings your streaming services together in one place. It lets you:
StreamDock does not host, stream, distribute, or transmit any copyrighted content. It opens the official services and titles on the providers' own apps or websites, where you sign in with your own accounts.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account and use StreamDock. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You can create a StreamDock account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. Email sign-ups are confirmed with a one-time code sent to your address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Your StreamDock account is separate from your accounts with the streaming services. StreamDock never receives or stores the passwords you use to sign in to those services — you sign in to each one directly with the provider.
While StreamDock is in open beta, the App and all of its features are provided free of charge. There is no subscription, no licence fee, and no payment of any kind, and we do not collect payment details. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give clear notice and you will be able to choose whether to subscribe. Nothing in these Terms commits you to any payment during the beta.
StreamDock is a launcher and discovery tool. When you choose to watch something, you are taken to the official app or website of the relevant provider, where the content is made available by that provider.
You must hold valid accounts with the streaming services you use and comply with each provider's own terms. Content availability depends on your location, the provider's licensing, and your subscription status with that provider. All third-party service names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; see our Legal & Trademarks page. StreamDock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these services, and is not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices.
StreamDock's search and recommendation features use artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic's Claude) to interpret what you're looking for. To do this, the text you type into search is sent to the AI provider for processing. AI results are best-effort: they may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable on the services you use. Do not rely on them as authoritative.
You may add content to StreamDock — a username and profile, ratings, reviews, watchlists, custom posters, groups, and similar. You keep ownership of what you create. You grant StreamDock a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your reviews and profile to other users according to your settings). Don't post content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.
You agree not to:
StreamDock, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the StreamDock developer and protected by intellectual-property laws. Open-source components and third-party marks are covered on the Legal & Trademarks page. These Terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using StreamDock you also agree to that policy.
StreamDock is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any title or service will be available through it. Because StreamDock is in beta, features may change or be removed and data may occasionally be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamDock and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App, from third-party service outages, or from content accessed through third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
You can stop using StreamDock and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. We may also discontinue the App, or any feature, during or after the beta.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, where the StreamDock operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you in your country of residence.
